Lake Hospital System Garners Top Honors From Inside Business

LHS recognized as one of Northeast Ohio's top performing companies.

Lake Hospital System was recently recognized by Inside Business magazine as one of Northeast Ohio's top performing companies. Additionally, the business magazine named Cynthia Moore-Hardy, Lake Hospital System president and CEO, among Northeast Ohio's 100 most influential business executives.

On March 22, Inside Business presented the hospital system with the prestigious NEO Success Award -- an annual award that honors Northeast Ohio's best-performing private and public companies that have demonstrated three consecutive years of growth, in both revenue and employees. Lake Hospital System was the only hospital system to receive this year's award.

"From the groundbreaking for our new hospital, TriPoint Medical Center, to capital improvements throughout the system, 2007 is a very exciting year for us," said Moore-Hardy. "We're honored to receive this recognition from Inside Business and look forward to continued growth as we deliver progressive health care to residents of Lake County and beyond."

In addition to the NEO Success Award, Inside Business selected Moore-Hardy as one of The Power 100 -- the magazine's annual list of who's who of Northeast Ohio's movers and shakers. For the past 10 years, Moore-Hardy has led Lake County's largest private employer, which during that time has grown to include eight state-of-the-art medical facilities and has been voted as one of the top hospital system's in the nation by Healthgrades and Solucient.
