It's Time for the Yearly Flu Shot

Lake Hospital System Offering Flu Shots for $20.

Now that fall is upon us, it's time to start thinking about getting your annual flu shot. The vaccine is especially important for those who could suffer serious complications from the flu such as the eldery and those with suppressed immune systems.

Beginning Tuesday, October 14, Lake Hospital System will be offering flu shots for $20 at Lake Hospital System Tyler Blvd. Urgent Care Center, Willowick Medical Campus, Madison Medical Campus and the Chardon Medical Campus during the following hours:

Monday through Friday:       9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Saturday:        10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

No appointment necessary. Individuals must be 18 years of age or older to receive the flu vaccine. The flu vaccine is covered by Medicare. For more information, call the Best of Health Line at 440-953-6000 or 1-800-454-9800.
