Lake Hospital System Rehabilitation and Wellness, Mentor

Hours:
7:30 am to 6:30 pm — Monday and Wednesday
7:30 am to 7 pm — Tuesday and Thursday
9 am to 6:30 pm — Friday

Located within Mentor Heisley Racquet and Fitness Club, this facility offers rehabilitation in a health club setting. The progressive staff provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, sports medicine rehab, massotherapy, and aquatic therapy. This CARF-accredited facility also offers work conditioning and work hardening programs for injured workers, along with safety education, on-site job analysis, and functional capacity assessments.
