Madison Medical Campus

Hours:
8 am to 10 pm – Monday through Friday
9 am to 5 pm – Saturday and Sunday

The Madison Medical Campus is an inviting, up-to-date facility that provides a wide range of services, including:

	Urgent Care Treatment for non-life-threatening emergencies and injuries Treatment for illnesses when your physician is not available Pre-admission testing before surgical procedures at Lake Hospital System Occupational health testing and physicals Treatment of Bureau of Workers’ Compensation injuries and rechecks, with return to work as quickly as possible Drug and alcohol testing for employers
	Radiology Routine X-rays Screening Mammograms Ultrasound (all adult procedures); same-day and stat procedures receive same-day results DEXA (gold standard for detecting osteoporosis)
	Clinical Laboratory Provides lab services for outpatients and occupational health patients Exceptional phlebotomists (technicians who draw blood) No appointment necessary for most tests All tests require a physician order
	Physical Therapy A full range of evaluation and treatment options for all diagnoses (physician order required) Post-operative rehabilitation can be continued on an outpatient basis with physician referral and insurance approval Services include traction, ultrasound, exercise programs to decrease pain and improve mobility, and more
